想要修行成就，第一步就是要抉择如何使这个难得的暇满人身具有真正的意义。也就是，要确立正确的人生观和价值观。如果不去如理思维人身难得，就不会珍惜这个暇满人身；如果不能确立正确的人生观和价值观，就不会正确地使用这个暇满人身
我们已经获得了珍宝一样的暇满人身，这样的人身如同大船可以带领我们走向解脱的彼岸。此时，为了自己和他人都能顺利渡过轮回大苦海，应该日日夜夜而精进，不懈怠地闻思修行是菩萨的行为。

The first step to achieving success in practice is to decide how to make this rare and precious human life truly meaningful. It involves establishing the right view of life and values. Without contemplating the rarity of human life, one cannot appreciate the value of this precious human existence. Without establishing the right view of life and values, this precious human life will not be utilized correctly.
We've obtained a rare and precious human life, a treasure that's like a great vessel guiding us toward the liberation shore. Therefore, for both personal and others' welfare in navigating the immense ocean of cyclic existence, one should diligently and tirelessly engage in the practices of listening, contemplating, and meditating every day and night as acts of a Bodhisattva.
El Primer Paso para Alcanzar la Iluminación Espiritual
Si queremos alcanzar la iluminación espiritual, el primer paso es decidir cómo dar el verdadero sentido a la vida del ser humano. Es decir, necesitamos establecer la perspectiva correcta sobre la vida y los valores. Si no entendemos que es tan difícil de nacer en un cuerpo humano, no vamos a valer este cuerpo. Si no podemos establecer la perspectiva correcta sobre la vida y los valores, tampoco no podamos utilizar este cuerpo correctamente.
Ya que hemos obtenido este cuerpo tan precioso, como un barco que puede nos transporta a la liberación. Y, para nosotros mismos y para los demás que podamos cruzar el mar del sufrimiento, debemos dedicarnos en la práctica espiritual día y noche. También eso es lo que hacen los Bodhisattvas.
Der erste Schritt zur Verwirklichung
Der erste Schritt auf dem Weg zur spirituellen Erfüllung besteht darin, zu entscheiden, wie man diesem seltenen und vollkommenen menschlichen Leben einen wahren Sinn geben kann. Das heißt, eine richtige Einstellung zum Leben und zu den Werten zu entwickeln. Wenn wir nicht rational über die Seltenheit des menschlichen Körpers nachdenken, werden wir die Fülle dieses menschlichen Körpers nicht wertschätzen; wenn wir nicht die richtige Einstellung zum Leben und zu den Werten entwickeln, werden wir die Fülle dieses menschlichen Körpers nicht richtig nutzen.
Wir haben bereits ein kostbares Leben erlangt, das wie ein großes Boot ist, das uns zum anderen Ufer der Befreiung führen kann. Damit wir und andere das große Meer des Leidens erfolgreich überqueren können, sollten wir Tag und Nacht fleißig sein, und es ist das Verhalten eines Bodhisattvas, unablässig zu meditieren.
수행 성취의 첫걸
수행 성취를 원한다면, 첫걸음은 이 드문 여유있는 인생을 진정한 의미로 살아내는 방법을 선택하는 것입니다. 즉, 올바른 인생관과 가치관을 확립하는 것입니다. 인생의 소중함을 이치에 따라 생각하지 않으면, 이 여유있는 인생을 소중히 여기지 않게 됩니다; 올바른 인생관과 가치관을 확립하지 못하면, 이 여유있는 인생을 올바르게 사용하지 못할 것입니다.
우리는 보석처럼 귀중한 여유있는 인생을 이미 얻었습니다, 이런 인생은 대형 배처럼 우리를 해방의 건너편으로 인도할 수 있습니다. 이때, 자신과 타인 모두가 윤회의 괴로운 바다를 무사히 건너기 위해서는 낮과 밤을 가리지 않고 부지런히 노력하며, 게으르지 않고 듣고 생각하며 수행하는 것이 보살의 행위입니다.
